From Us to You

Our quotations, which consist of rough preliminary sketches and prices, are provided to all customers free of charge. If you already have a picture or drawing, we can simply provide you with a quote on the price. However, in order to ensure that you receive an accurate quote, we only provide email or fax quotations.

Please note that all quotations supplied will be valid for only 15 days. After the 15 days validity period, customers will need to have their desired item(s) re-quoted by Bandsaw Furniture.

For customers who visit either our Bandsaw Furniture Head Office or Surry Hills Showroom, our furniture design sketches for you can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

For customers that require interior or custom furniture designing, Bandsaw Furniture charges approximately $350 to $450 plus GST per completed design. This price is applicable to customers in Sydney Metropolitan areas only. For more detail regarding this, please download the “ Registry of Interest” Form.

Measurement:

By request, Bandsaw Furniture is able to provide on-site measurement and installation services. The charge for these services is: $55 plus GST per hour.

(The total number of hours will also include travel time).

Repair & Restoration:

Bandsaw Furniture can restore, paint and upholster your sofa/lounge as well as repair, restore and repaint a variety of furniture pieces.

Hand Carving:

Our skilled craftsmen can replicate any piece of furniture, as long as an accurate drawing is provided. We understand the importance of getting things just right!

Our V.I.P. customers will automatically receive a 10% discount whenever they show their V.I.P. card whilst purchasing any furniture pieces at Bandsaw Furniture.

Warranty:

A 3 Year Warranty accompanies any furniture pieces purchased from Bandsaw Furniture. If any furniture abnormalities occur within the warranty period, we offer a free check and repair service. Therefore, your original receipt must be retained in order for this warranty to be valid.

Returns Policy:

We provide an unconditional return policy on all our floor stock. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with our products, please return it in its original condition within 7 days to the purchased address for a full refund (transport charge is not refundable).
